About Our Oil Selection

Organic Infusions, Inc is a company committed to Purity. During inhalation of a pure essential oil, you are inhaling the very consciousness of the plant. The intelligence or rather the energetic vibration of the plant unites with the intelligence within each of us. It is through this energetic unification that healing takes place. Organic Infusions, Inc understands that when essential oils are altered by artificial means, the precious heart of those oils are forever changed. For this reason Organic Infusions, Inc will never carry altered essential oils.

Every season batch samples are shipped from the finest aromatherapy distilleries and farms from all over the world. Over the past 15 years, Rose Heart has traveled the world, hand selecting many of these farms according to stringent guidelines.

The following is a list of criteria that Rose Heart, Certified Master Aromatherapist and Founder of Organic Infusions, Inc uses to select their 100% Pure Premier Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils:

1. No slave/child labor
2. Ecological and Sustainable - must not damage the earth or surrounding community during the process of farming or distilling
3. No animal testing
4. The distiller and farm must have a thorough knowledge on the correct time of day and season to harvest and distill essential oils for the best therapeutic effect.
For example: Bulgarian High Altitude Lavender is not distilled for at least 6 hours because distilling lavender too soon after harvest creates a poor grade Lavender.
5. Organic Infusions, Inc chooses oils that are Certified Organic, Wildcrafted, Pesticide-Free, or Select Farmed (see below for details)
6. Organic Infusions never uses oils that have been denatured, reconstituted or mixed with other chemical compounds
7. No genetically modified organisms (GMO's)
8. No artificial colors, oils or scents

Rose Heart inspects a sample of each oil before the batch for that season is approved to be sold by Organic Infusions, Inc. The following is Rose's 3 part approval process for testing each sample for approval:

1. The oil must be the right aroma, color, and viscosity according to her training and intuitive standards
2. Rose connects to the vibration of each oil to "feel" its Life Force. Essential oils should be Alive with the Soul of the Plant that it was distilled from.
3. Occasionally oils are tested with a Gas Chromotographic Spectronometer to ensure that correct therapeutic chemical components are at the standard required for a true therapeutic effect. Although, it has been said, that Rose Heart is a human GC tester and can sense the chemical components of an oil through her education and intuition.

- Certified Organic - Grown and processed in accordance with NOP standards and guidelines and is certified by Organic Certifiers

STORAGE

Organic Infusions’ 100% Pure Organic Therapeutic Grade Premier Essential Oils inventory is handled with love and with care. Our Pure Oils are stored out of light in a cool room. Blue oils like Blue Chamomile and the Citrus Oils like Lemon are kept in the fridge. We fill our sacred oils to the top of each amber glass bottle to protect the oils from oxygen degradation. Once a bottle is opened, oils are dispensed into smaller bottles to protect their precious essence. We pour in small batches so that oils are not exposed to the air for long periods of time.

At Organic Infusions, we understand that the top note of all essential oils evaporates the fastest; thus we are dedicated to protecting all layers of an oils original intention of aromatic wonder.

PACKAGING

Organic Infusions bottle all of our pure essential oils in amber glass bottles. (essential oils are NEVER put into plastic). 5ml, 10 ml, and 1 oz (30 ml) bottles have a dropper top. Larger essential oils do not have dropper tops; however they are included with a pipette for ease of dispensing.
